Earthquakes, wildfire, and atmospheric rivers
The 2001 Nisqually earthquake damaged buildings across Puget Sound, the Cascadia Subduction Zone threatens a far larger quake, the November 2021 atmospheric river flooded Whatcom County, and the 2020 Babb Road fire destroyed most of Malden. Standard policies exclude earthquake and flood, so we quote both.
Auto, boat, and business coverage
Washington requires auto liability limits of at least $25,000 per person, $50,000 per accident, and $10,000 for property damage. Those limits are far too low for affluent households, so we pair auto with a high-limit umbrella. We round out your protection with auto, boat, and umbrella coverage.
